Decide for yourself whether you want to mix the granules into the soil, use them as a final layer, or use them pure. With SERAMIS® you are able to grow healthy and beautiful plants. SERAMIS® Plant Granulate offers even more advantages: it is light-weight; it does not age or compress; re-potting is easy and possible at any time, regardless of the age and size of plant. You should not consider “Seramis” a nutritional composition. When using it, the plants also need to be fed regularly. For flowers grown in “General Purpose Seramis”, any complexes are suitable. If “Seramis for Orchids” is used, then it is required to fertilize the flowers only with dressings from the Seramis line. When transferring a culture to a new fertilizer, it is necessary to wait until it is completely starved, and only then start using the new composition.

The blue paper and the substrate are connected through an opening in the lower part of the Watering Indicator. If the substrate is moist, the paper will absorb water and the indicator display will be blue. When the substrate becomes dry as the water is absorbed into the plant, the Watering Indicator no longer receives any water and the colour will change to "red".After your grow, the medium can be re-used. Simply remove the roots and wash it thoroughly. Using an enzyme product will help to break down any remaining root-hairs. Doing this means that it can be used many times over, making it a very economical medium. Prepare nail scissors or garden pruners sterilized in alcohol, Seramis substrate, disinfectants for sections (alcohol-free preparations or activated charcoal are suitable), a plastic container larger than the previous pot, and a moisture indicator.

Mix the granules with normal potting soil to loosen it and aerate the root balls of your plants and increase their access to nutrients.
